Directing Doechii for Major League Soccer’s 2025 season broadcast spot was an incredible opportunity to merge my passions for both photography and directing. Balancing elevated stills with dynamic motion was a rewarding challenge, requiring a seamless approach to storytelling across both mediums—and an ability to work quickly. The energy and charisma Doechii brought to the set made capturing moments that felt authentic and powerful all the more rewarding. Having this work showcased during the Super Bowl was a career highlight, one that I never imagined possible! Furthermore, getting the chance to work with Doechii so closely at the height of her ascendance and seeing her win a Grammy just days later was one of the most memorable experiences. I was so grateful to the entire team at Cornerstone and Treeboy Pictures for the opportunity.
